Terms

Short terms for using yourundertones.com and booking with Undertones.

The site

Pages are for information and for guests and hosts who write to us. Do not scrape, misuse forms, or present our materials as your own.

Fittings

Fittings are by appointment. Details are confirmed when we write you. Taking a fitting adds you to your room's Edit. Every Edit has a way out.

Your Edit and links

Undertones earns a commission on some purchases. It never changes what we recommend. Retailer and brand sites have their own terms and stock. Prices and availability change.

No paid placement

Brands and retailers do not pay to appear on a client's Edit. Commission on some purchases never changes the recommendation.

Liability

The site and the Edit are provided as a personal service. We are not liable for third-party sites, stock errors, or purchases you make.

Law

These terms follow the laws of Illinois, United States.
